On May 13th, we took part in “Lusso & Retail”, the event organized by Robb Report Italia, held at ROSSOCORSA in Milan. It was a unique opportunity for professionals from the fashion and luxury world to come together and exchange ideas, with a focus on the evolution of customer experience and technological innovation in retail.
On stage, alongside other key players in the Italian business landscape—such as Alessandro Marinella, Francesco Barone, and Francesco Lubrano Lobianco of CSM; Enrico Romano, CEO of Nicolis Project, also shared our vision and contribution to the fashion industry.
Francesco Lubrano highlighted some key trends that are redefining the sector: the need to create increasingly immersive experiences, the growing importance of personalization, and the crucial integration of digital and physical channels for a truly complete omnichannel experience.
